The past month of August was certainly a high release month for new "Creative and Conscious Hip Hop Albums/EPs". There were a lot of dope new Projects to choose from. We received the amazing new Album from "Danger Mouse & Black Thought" entitled "Cheat Codes", the long awaited album from Dreamville Artist "JID", the anticiptated collabo album between Roc Marciano and The Alchemist, a soulful Solo Project from Rapper Big Pooh, a dope concept album from Mega Ran, Penny The Great and Slopfunk Dust, a thoughtful project from Thought Provokah, new music from Dorian Arielle, SPNDA & Grubby Pawz, Royce Da 5'9", Alasce Carione and much more. Check out the list I put together in rank order of favorites from track 1 through 14. Everything project listed after 15 is random, and can be chosen in any order. The majority of the Projects are also currently on traditional streaming platforms, there are just a few that are currently only on bandcamp, I noted which ones are, however.
