Best Soca & Calypso Albums/EPs of 2025

2025 was also my first year keeping track of new Soca and Calypso albums as they released within that year. What I observed is that Soca and Calypso doesn’t produce much Albums or EPs per year as most other genres of music, however Soca certainly produces a lot of new singles. Now Calypso doesn't produce as much new singles as soca but still produces a lot more singles than Calypso Albums. I put together at least three Spotify Playlists (that's where the fun really expands) that includes a huge variety of new Soca songs released in 2025 (into early 2026) as well as new Calypso songs. You can check them out below. But aside from singles, we did get a small amount of new Soca and Calypso Albums/EPs released in 2025. Check out what I put together in rank order below. This list features a combination of Soca and Calypso Projects and some projects even have a reggae inspried vibe but all of these artists are traditionally either Soca or Calypso artists.
