#NewMusicPerformance: Lala Noel (aka Kyla Charter) - Live at JAZZ.FM91 (Discover Women in Jazz) Video

One of my absolute favorite Singers out today is the amazingly talented "Lala Noel" (aka Kyla Charter) from Toronto, whom I had the pleasure of interviewing a few years ago on my Interview Podcast show Out Da Box Talks. She initially released an album entiled "Edible Flowers" back in 2022 currently exclusively on bandcamp, and since then we haven't gotten a new Music Project from her, but I have been eagerly waiting for a new music release from her because I believe she is just that talented and has something special and unique to offer in the space of Soul and Jazz artists of today. With all that said, I visited her Instagram Page a few days ago and learned about a recent Live Perfomance she did at JAZZ.FM91 and boy was that a spectacular performance, she perfomed a number of new songs I hadn't heard of yet, and it made me super excited for an upcoming release from her. Some of the standout new songs I noticed are "Sometimes a body" and "It Is" recorded live with the loop station she sometimes uses. Check her out with her awesome band in the video below. And feel encouraged to support her music if you like what you hear. I truly believe she is a generational talent, and when I learn about artists like her, I cannot help but to share.
