“Morning Meds, the second album in my Iamabeenie Jazz series, is a meditative jazz project crafted during early morning meditation sessions — a time when my thoughts were clear, my breath was slower, and intention mattered most. During this time, I began incorporating music creation into my morning meditations.

Exploring the Solfeggio frequencies opened a new doorway creatively for me. I wanted to experiment with tones as healing, jazz as conversation, and The Spirit as the guide. Each composition comes from a specific emotional and spiritual focus I held during meditation, and from the discipline of simply being present.This album is an offering — a space for meditation, prayer, release, reminders, and encouragement. I hope this helps anyone who listens.
